“I had a bad back for 35 years. I could walk but I could not stand in one place for more than a few minutes without back pain. It prevented me from effectively teaching, leading meetings, or attending poster sessions.  During severe episodes, I could not carry groceries and sometimes needed to walk with a cane. Working with Bianca cured that. I have no back pain at all despite standing around often and for long periods of time. I attribute this remarkable elimination of a long-standing infirmity to increased back strength.

Driving long distances was agony for me because my knee would begin to ache after a couple of hours. Bianca showed me how to position my heel so that my leg was more aligned. A very simple adjustment but it made a world of difference to my knee.

I never had the ambition to go to a gym before, but Bianca gently, solidly and persistently inspired me to improve my physical condition substantially. I moved away so I drive 100 miles once a month to train with Bianca because the trainers here are not at her level. I work out twice a week at home with a program Bianca designed.

My muscles are strong and have very good tone.  I can do a lot of things better including 3 sets of 15 pushups as part of a workout. I can lift my grandchildren, play kickball with them, get on the floor with them (and get up again), ride bikes and so on.”
